Evening everyone :) 

Our petition has grown and the people in which we reach equally grows and I had a great meeting at the end of last week with the director of National Association of Care & Support Workers (NACAS).

We discussed how we need buy in from ministers and government, the need for care workers and the sector to be seen as professional and the need for there to be a registration for care workers in England like we have in our counterparts in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

I left the meeting feeling positive and motivated about how we can all influence and change the future of social care. NACAS share the same vision.... lets watch this space :)
