2nd Reminder - OLMC Feast is almost here! PLEASE ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT MEETING Monday, July 9th at 7:00pm Parishioners of OLMC, your assistance in volunteering is needed! A schedule is necessary for specific days and times of the week, when and where you will be volunteering at the feast. Who will be participating in the procession on Sunday? We will need coverage of games, rides etc., while the procession is going on. When you volunteer for the OLMC Feast It ensures coverage for each stand and a successful feast The media and press have been contacted, including posters in town and around the surrounding areas. Copies of the feast poster will be provided at the meeting. Topics of discussion:  Signing up to volunteer  Entertainment  Games and Rides  Beer and Wine Garden  Food Stands  Raffles - Super 50/50, 2 Yankee tickets,4 Red Bulls Soccer tickets Any Soda and water donations for the OLMC Feast are appreciated.
