Meeting - OLMC Feast Volunteer Allocation on Wednesday, May 30th at 7:00pm Hello all OLMC supporters, volunteers and parishioners, let us all support, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church! The OLMC committee has been asked numerous times, “How we can help keep Mt. Carmel Church Open?” Your assistance in volunteering at the feast is the most important help you can give. Feast Dates are Thursday, July 19th thru Sunday, July 22nd Your commitment to the OLMC Feast is needed to ensure a successful, prosperous one. We will be discussing scheduling dates and times. There will be sign-up sheets for specific stands at the meeting. • Ticket Booths • Games • Beer Garden • Other Stands • Decoration of the Madonna • Distribution of Posters to local stores and businesses • Distribution of Super 50/50 and the scheduling of volunteers to sell tickets at the ShopRite, etc. Media/ Marketing/Advertising: • Contacting media outlets • Instagram • Feast Website • Radio Stations “The broadest and maybe the most meaningful definition of volunteering: Doing more than you have to because you want to, in a cause you consider good.” – Ivan Scheier
