Hi, my name is Noah. When my friend Alexia and I found out we could have got £800 worth of compensation from Cardiff University, we were fuming. There had been no proper advertising of this compensation and it has been reported only 1% of people have received compensation. Having spoken to the Industrial Action Complaint Team of the University, the OIA, the Student Union, and the Vice Chancellor of the University about this matter, and been ignored and fobbed off by each and every one, we feel we need to act as one in order for everyone to get a ‘goodwill gesture’ and for this we need everyone’s support.
