Summer Palace, a family-run business in Llandaff has been threatened to be shut down because of the ‘noise and the smell’ due to the cooking of their traditional dishes, specifically due to the smell of the ‘Chinese’ food!!!! This complaint has been made by a neighbour, who only resides in the house next door on the occasional weekend - their ‘permanent’ residency is in London. We have made this petition in aim to protect the restaurant that is loved by many, and that has been within the community  for 32 years. Please sign this petition in attempt to keep Summer Palace open after the 23rd of January, where they will be facing a judge at Cardiff Magistrates Court in attempt to keep their well run business open.
