Nathan Bees started this petition to Cardiff City

At our great club being Cardiff City fc the dark days of violence are a rarity. We have been praised with our support by authorities and within our club from the team manager to our liaison officers. One issue that should be addressed is somewhat out of our control in Cardiff. The minority of clubs and the minority of certain clubs supporters. The location of our family stand is somewhat unsafe. Today, (2/11/19) we had a home fixture vs Birmingham City where a young chlld (4yrs)was struck by a coin thrown by visiting fans. I'm not saying that coin thrown by that individual would have been condoned had it struck an adult but young children are the future of support for football clubs. Having a family stand so close to visitors is a bit clueless in family safety in my opinion. As a football club we were getting somewhere in terms of matters off the pitch before we moved to the Cardiff City stadium. Fewer arrests etc... At our previous home, Ninian Park away supporters were behind 1 goal and the family stand was behind the other. That worked well, atmosphere was great. Children were safer. At Cardiff City stadium the family stand was situated right next to visitors. It's time for a change. Time for Cardiff City to try and generate an atmosphere that could come close to what we had at Ninian Park. Only 1 way that can be possible.
