You know there is something wrong when a big newspaper publication does an investigation on an issue. This article by the LA Times does a great job at describing the issue in lamens terms so everyone can understand the issue. Knowledge is power, and we need to educate more people of this issue, so we can move forward with action to stop this from happening to anyone else.
