There has been an increase in reckless driving and speeding, and there are very few legal choices to drift cars, race cars, and show off peoples time and expertise to the public without ramifications. With an area to do such activities there would be a decrease in arrests, less wreaks on the road, and create a safe place to show skill, time, effort, and passion for what people love doing. This will make the car scene's passion thrive at a safe rate and create new opportunities for careers, marketing, and practice for such careers.
