Barangay Isla, Cabanatuan City is popularly known as " Flood Zone Community". Heavy rain can make it flood because there's a lot of river surrounds on this community. This Barangay is also known as " A Barangay that has One- Way Bridge ". Some of the tricycle and car drivers or tourist don't want to go in there because of the reason that it is hassle for them to wait for their next turn to pass on that bridge and what's more on this bridge is when it is your turn to go, there is one or two vehicle who can't wait for their turn even you're in that bridge already. And as one of the students, when you are in hurry, you will ended up waiting. Also, there are some tricycle drivers don't want to go in this place and there is  tricycle drivers who asking for additional money for your transportation fees. They don't want to drive you home because of their statement that they don't want to be on  traffic since this community is near in the market and they don't want to wait. And I know that this is kind of difficult to everyone. We are hoping that this petition can make a change on a Bridge what we have. And also, we are hoping that they will hear us out.
