WHAT A SHOCKING STATE OF NEGLECT AT THE ZOO IN ISLAMABAD.

you remember the elephant KAVAAN generated international headlinen for that zoo in 2016 living condition after it been CHAINED for 27 years of his 29 years there.

Now we are 2019 the zoo is getting headlines again,as government agencies in Islamabad tussle over who is reponsible for its management ,leaving neglected animals to run SHORT OF FOOD AND CLEAN WATER, WITH MANY FALLING SICK;

The animals are suffering .The zoon management  refuse to talk to mininster officials ,despite repeated letters and telephone calls;

Last year the gov.had allocated Rs100 million for the upgradation of the zoo bud later the project was dropped .

WHERE IS THE MONEY????FOR FOOD AND MEDICATION???
