Speak Up and Take Action Against Racism in CUSD:

The CUSD school district has a track record of silence when it comes to racism within the district and nationally. In response to the most recent Black Lives Matter protests, the district wrote only a short and vague paragraph to its constituents and failed to show support for the BLM movement and never even directly mentioned racism. The district must implement changes to its schools at all levels in order to foster an inclusive and loving environment for all students and ensure that these students are intelligent and informed.
