Look. We all know that Mega Man Powered Up "crashed and burned". But there are a great many people who are wishing a second version would be released. It doesn't need to be for just PSP, it can be multi-system compatible. Some people think "who cares"? (Believe me, I know a 26-yr old who still likes the game).

If CAPCOM released the game, it is LIKELY that, after the growth of popularity of MM11, that THIS WILL WORK. Multiple games, like Powered Up, weren't really 'famous'. But then again, Minecraft was a SIDE PROJECT, according to Markus Persson, and it was the viral theme of Youtube, and is a nobel to His Majesty, The MEME.

So, should it be released?
