As we move forward to hold district leaders accountable for being unwilling to do the bare minimum to protect our greatest asset, our children, ask yourselves why you're supporting this cause and add your voice to the narrative. 

Whether you're a proponent for online schooling during the pandemic or if you simply want more safety measures such as staggered schedules, required masks for children,  or the ability to teach from home for high risk teachers and staff, your voice holds the power to move mountains. 

We must do more to protect our children, teachers,  school staff, and our community. The flippant behavior of Canyon's school board and many other schools puts us all in danger during this world pandemic. We need to take more aggressive steps to ensure that our community can battle this virus and come out on top. 

Remember, our teachers have done so much for our kids over the years, with little in the way of compensation,  the least we can do is provide a safe workplace for them to teach in.
