As Liberty University students, we already take on significant costs through tuition, fees, textbooks, course materials, housing, and the many subscriptions required to keep up with college life and our classes. Adding another monthly or yearly subscription for a tool that is frequently used for schoolwork creates an unnecessary financial burden for students.

Canva has become an important resource for creating presentations, graphics, resumes, projects, social media content, and other academic materials. Many students rely on Canva to produce professional-looking work, but essential features are locked behind Canva Pro. Providing Canva Pro to Liberty students at no additional cost would give students access to valuable resources without adding another expense to an already expensive college experience.

Liberty already provides students with access to many academic resources and software programs. Offering Canva Pro would be another meaningful investment in students and their education. Students should not have to choose between paying for another subscription and having access to tools that can directly support their academic success.

We are asking Liberty University to provide Canva Pro to all students at no additional cost.
