Its the end of the second year of this campaign and we have taken stock of our achievements.  In brief getting Armando moved was our best success.  Over the last few months we have seen a massive improvement in his lifestyle after his life was put on hold while he re-established himself in a new place.  He is now back on the air, and making lots of interesting contacts with a new antenna.  There are still concerns that the treatment he got is ongoing due to resistance to his need to use garden radio mast in its new surroundings and the way his planning application was received and concern for others.  We have placed a more detailed report here:

Having separated all the issues, Armando is now looking back at the expense the housing departments handling of the situation has caused, and the emotional damage and thinking of recouping his losses. 

He is now in mediation with the council.  If this fails, the next step will be to go to court which Armando is preparing for a hearing in January 2019.  He cannot afford to take on two corporate lawyers and this means he will fight his case in court on his own or give up.  None of this is without risk, but as it is, others can still be treated the same.  We think abuse of planning laws takes a certain mindset and doesn't happen everywhere, but it needs to stop.  To give Armando a fighting chance and get it right he needs specialist help, we have now therefore opened a crowd funding site at the link below.

A new project team has been formed to take this forward with him and we are still open to fundraisers.
