Armando's planning appeal started last week.  As planning authorities are not obliged to take into account petitions, we placed a good luck message on the planning appeals portal to let people know there are 43000 people behind Armando.  As his agent, we are allowed to support him throughout the process and helped design the appeal.

As costs are involved our crowdfunding appeal - due to open this week after a further delay is crucial to his success. Hopefully the next update will contain a link.  

His legal challenge - which covers his wider experience and is not tied to the planning appeal, is going ahead and currently he is setting a date for mediation.
