Local Government Ombudsman - Complaint.  Dated January 2018.  Several months have now passed since we last enquired  and no information is forthcoming.

Planning Appeal.  Lodged in Early March. Nothing heard since July 2018.

Legal Case against East Kent Housing

Scheduled to be heard in January.  Still having difficulty finding legal support and raising funds.

As is now common, many government organisations state in their processes that they are not obliged to answer enquiries once a complaint or action is in progress.  The planning Inspectorate and Local Government Ombudsman both operate such a policy.

Life goes on.
