After meeting Deborah Upton from East Kent Housing on Monday we delivered a petition with 1951 signatures and clarified Armando's right to continue operating without interference from the neighbours and within normal limits in respect of the antenna. This remains the subject of an enforcement order and Armando has accepted a technical compromise to keep him operating. We don't think the campaign is over yet and have documented the meeting to ensure all issues are aired and addressed but the meeting was frank and open and discussed the grievance arising between he and the council, and all options to resolve it. It was very positive, in terms of what could be done. Nonetheless there are outstanding issues, especially managing the ongoing Anti Social Behaviour towards Armando (and any possible recurrence) before any options are selected.
