After a few weeks trying to identify the right person to take the campaign forward, the councils director of community services has given us the details for the CEO of East Kent Housing. She also said that the council would be kept informed. We took time out to study East Kent Housing's policy on Anti Social Behaviour. Our main line of thinking is that this was not applied. Had it been so, the situation could have been avoided. This time we think contact has been made with the right person and are just waiting for a date for a meeting to deliver the petition.
