So far attempts have sadly failed to reveal a contact in Canterbury City Council with the empathy and knowledge and ability to bring about a successful and timely conclusion for Armando. We have pointed out the adequacy of the response so far, which has attempted to cut the campaign out of the conversation with Armando and give a false sense that they can resolve the matter to his and our satisfaction. Basically they want to ignore our report into his welfare, and question how it is we came about our information. They didn't see any bullying. It was all down to how channel five misled its audience with its reporting. We pointed out many of our petitioners did see bullying - but we also think the people speaking on the show weren't using a script, they were in an interview. We have again asked the councils democratic services to provide us with a contact who can close down all the wrangling and focus on resolving.
