Thank you to all 1903 people who have supported the petition to date. Please don't stop sharing and contributing. As yet the Canterbury City Council have not fully responded to our request to identify who on the council should receive the petition. East Kent Housing, the service provider for the council did respond. They said that as they didn't provide any content for episode 8 of the Nightmare Neighbour Next Door, it was not an accurate reflection of the situation. All the personal matters and allegations of bullying had been investigated in accordance with their housing policy and tenancy agreement but they were not in a position to share that information with us, as it is confidential to the parties involved. They said if we forward the petition to them they would discuss the content with Armando. We will in due course but we think the council should be responding to our request in order to facilitate his hobby - especially as Xmas draws closer. In our response we were sympathetic to the idea that Channel 5 were showing the city council and amateur radio in a bad light and pleased they had taken steps over the bullying. We respectfully reminded East Kent Housing the aim was, without going over old ground to ensure Armando was able to use his radio station. We think when he lets us know that is so, then this campaign will be over, but until then please keep contributing. Best Wishes, Stuart Dixon
