I was shocked and appalled to learn that Kino Lorber plans to release a new Bluray of 'Triumph of the Will', a film widely recognized as blatant Nazi propaganda. This film played a pivotal role in glorifying the Nazi regime and instilling their dangerous ideology throughout Europe before and during World War II. By choosing to release it today, we risk normalizing and even legitimizing these harmful, extremist views in our current societal climate.

Triumph of the Will is more than a mere historical artifact. It is a repulsive work of propaganda created with the intent of glorifying Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime. It is not a work that was designed to be analyzed or evaluated artistically, but merely to indoctrinate viewers and perpetuate hateful, violent rhetoric. Kino Lorber is making a reckless and irresponsible move by choosing to reissue such an artifact, especially at a time where these same deplorable ideologies are resurfacing in the USA under President Donald Trump's fascist administration. This move may ultimately provide an undeserved platform for right-wing extremist groups to co-opt its message.

Kino Lorber must do the responsible thing and cancel this planned release instead of giving oxygen to those who perpetuate despicable ideologies that are best left in the past.
