Cancel Sneako's Australian Visa

The issue

The Australian Labor Party gave a tourist visa to Sneako - one of the worst Islamic extremists in America.

Sneako, whose real name is Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy, has made public statements supporting terrorist massacres and has shown alignment with extremist ideologies that pose a significant threat to our society.

On 13 April 2026, in the middle of New York City, Sneako led a crowd of young Muslim men in chanting "Khaybar, Khaybar, ya Yahud! Jaish Muhammad soufa ya'oud!" — "Jews, remember Khaybar — the army of Muhammad is returning." This slogan is a jihadi battle cry referencing Muhammad's seventh-century massacre of the Jews of Khaybar, and it has been formally endorsed by al-Qaeda Central as a slogan for the global jihad against the Jewish people. It is the same chant Bali bomber Amrozi bin Nurhasyim shouted as he was sentenced to death in 2003 for murdering 88 Australians at Kuta. When Sneako led that chant in Manhattan, he placed himself squarely in the lineage of the men who slaughtered Australians.

This was not an isolated outburst. On 31 March 2024, on a livestream, Sneako declared, "Down with the Jews! Free Palestine," then immediately escalated into Arabic: "Down with the Yahud! Allahu Akbar!"  He has wished Hitler a "happy birthday" on multiple occasions and in the immediate aftermath of the 7 October 2023 Hamas massacre he celebrated the killings.

I am calling on the Australian Government, and specifically the Minister for Home Affairs, to consider whether Sneako satisfies the character test under section 501 of the Migration Act 1958. A foreign national whose public, documented record includes leading the al-Qaeda-endorsed Khaybar chant, mourning the architect of October 7, and celebrating jihadist attacks in real time should not be permitted entry into this country. We owe that much to the 88 Australians murdered in Bali.
