I think you all know this story, but I’ll tell you again.

Shelby and Wilbur are two media personalities who were previously in a relationship. Shelby accuses Wilbur of abuse, and they believe her.
Why do I want to cancel Shelby?
Here's the gist:
The girl is lost in her own lies + her social networks were almost dying when she suddenly remembered her ex-boyfriend, for whom things were going uphill.
The girl shared the "tragic experience" with her audience, giving them a complete description of Wilbur Sweat.
After a week of accusations, Wilbur said they were in a relationship, he was in therapy and he was sorry if he hurt her.
I wish to cancel this person from all social networks due to the harassment of Wilbur Sout. The girl literally incited both her audience and the musician’s audience with the help of lies against Wil himself, insulting him.
Shelby literally doesn’t care about victims of abuse: not a single victim was supported by her, although the person is against abuse and “she is very sorry for those who went through it.” Her main goal is to take revenge on Wilbur.

Based on the Constitution of MY STATE, both Shelby and her audience violate several administrative and criminal articles:

Article 188 - Libel, administrative violation

Article 203-1 - Illegal actions regarding information about private life and personal data. Administrative violation.

Article 343 - Distribution of pornographic material (intimate photos and videos of Wilbur). Criminal article.

Article 189 - Insult inflicted in a public speech, or in a printed or publicly displayed work, or in the media. Administrative violation.

Article 355 - Violation of the rules for operating a computer system or network. Administrative violation.

Article 352 - Unlawful acquisition of computer information (Wilbur’s personal data). Administrative violation or criminal for up to two years.

The list could take a long time, believe me. Also, based on information on the Internet, libel in the United States is severely punished (up to $250,000 or 10 years in prison). 

Also, taking into account USA laws, Shelby violates:

Chapter 2 Article 3 - Disrespect for Wilbur's Life
Article 5 of Chapter 2 - Dissemination of Wilbur Sweat's personal information without his mutual consent to these actions, thereby violating his integrity
Article 11 of chapters 1-2 - disrespect for the honor and dignity of William Gold, distributing purely personal information and supporting doxxing towards Wil.
Article 12 of Chapter 2 - condemnation of Wilbur Soot for his thoughts and beliefs, which have the right to be expressed.

Shelby herself gets confused in her lies, which is why she drives herself into a hole, but her fans protect her to the last and wish all Wilbur Soot fans (and Wilbur himself) a speedy death or suicide.
All this was incited by Shelby with the conscious goal of revenge on her ex-partner, who is currently being subjected to cyberbullying, etc.
Based on the broken time chain, chronological sequence, omission of important points, logical inconsistencies and the addition/deletion of details of abuse, we can say that Shelby’s story is approximately 85-90% fictitious, which is the deliberate spread of disinformation, false accusations for one’s own benefit, and propaganda for bullying a person, wishes for his death and much more 

it can be proven that Shelby does this intentionally to:

a) raising assets on social networks
b) audience attention
c) revenge on Wilbur for personal unvoiced grievances
d) financial assistance.

Based on the information below:

Through slander, exaggeration of the true story of "abuse," and false accusations of abuse against Wilbur, Shelby receives donations as an "abuse victim."

It's up to you to decide what to do, but the facts are clear here. It's time for Shelby to cancel and clear the name of Wilbur Sweat.
Even if 10% of the history of abuse is reliable, then some arguments can be made:

a) Wilbur goes to therapy after realizing his actions and tries to be a better person.
b) He publicly apologized and explained the situation from his side, 

which is an ordinary part of the conflict on the part of psychology (the girl publicly rejected his apology, although she could have done it personally and stopped the ongoing circus a long time ago).
c) Wilbur accepted his guilt and stated that he was sorry for the harm caused and wanted to change. Based on court hearings:

If the offender admits to his crime, his punishment is mitigated. Abusers do not need prison, but therapy, which William Gold is undergoing.
d) past = past and should not concern the present.


Bullying, hypocrisy, slander and misleading many people is why Shelby needs to be cancelled.
