"Velma" (2023), which has already been widely panned by the audience and professional critics alike is widely seen as an insult to fans and creators everywhere and puts one of the greatest franchises of all time at risk for failure. It spreads negative messages about minorities and the LGBT community alike despite claiming to do the opposite while casting a negative light on characters many of us have known and loved for over 50 years. It is mean spirited and seems to glorify senseless vulgarity such as violence, racism and oversexualization of underaged characters that were once targeted towards children. Despite all of this, the companies behind it are deliberately attempting to manipulate the masses through mainstream media outlets into believing it is popular and a massive success. They are trying to force it upon us while insulting the viewer and blaming the audience for the negative backlash it's receiving. To make things more egregious, hundreds of beloved projects have been cancelled and or removed from HBO Max's library, making them legally inaccessible, costing Warner Bros. tons of money and affecting the careers of many hardworking creators out there seemingly to make way for toxic material such as this. This is their plan to influence the future of our culture as to what is acceptable and what is not. Please save the Scooby-Doo franchise and Warner Bros. and please join this cause. Thank You!
