Here are some things to know about the organization sponsoring Dr. Aziz Rahman:

Massachusetts Peace Action (MAPA) organization is sponsoring Dr. Aziz Rahman as the speaker this Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Unitarian Church in Sharon. 

On the MAPA website, they say, "We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for freedom", as well as "We join BDS campaigns to put pressure on Israel." 

Representative Jake Auchincloss criticized MAPA for their involvement in promoting the Boston Mapping Project. 

Apparently, the Unitarian Church did not think there was anything troubling about allowing MAPA to bring Dr. Rahman to speak in Sharon.
