Still waiting.

Just the candidates who had their exam canceled 3 times, not the other ~2K, are being offered counseling. It's 8:15am on Friday. Wonder what later this week means.

Why aren't they offering to reimburse the expenses candidates were required to incur for this exam? 

Do you think if the candidates had technical issues on their end they would have accepted sincerest apologies?
