The Issue

These are the demands of the people of Canada, that have signed this petition, as a whole to our Government's, at all levels. With the intent to reform the Government with the purpose to eliminate corruption, through private money influence. Also to establish a minimal acceptable standard of living. In order to give all people equal basic opportunity and consideration.

There are 3 principals this petition covers. First is the election process, transparency, and accountability of our Governments. Second is the absolute rights that no person in this country should be subject to living in poverty and that all people have the same right to equal opportunity. Third is that the basic economic and housing situation in this country must be addressed.

1) Government Reform:

Doing so will be considered a criminal offence with an immediate and permanent ban from holding any political office. Plus the possibility of a fine, determined by the severity and intent behind the lie, equal to 1 years Government salary.

All citizens will be given equal representation and access to legal advice/services with fees based on personal income

The Criminal Code of Canada will be entirely reviewed and edited. All non-violent, no-victim offences will be either removed entirely or lowered to a fine-able offence only.
