0 have signed. Let’s get to 35,000!

All refugee claimants in Canada are ready to work and serve, to foster the economic growth of Canada by growing her population. Canada lead the world in showing compassion and grant a pathway to Permanent Residency. Let the converted refugees fill the gap of rural and labor shortages in Canada.

Please give Permanent Residency to All Current Refugees.

It is a known fact that all Refugee Claimants in Canada, do love, cherish and wishes to be absorbed into the mainstream of Canada World. They are all ready to work assiduously, and perhaps ready to live and die for Canada as a Nation. Most of these Refugees are learned with at least a first degree from a higher learning institution. Many have lived in Canada for over 2-3 years without a single criminal record. It's like a paradox when a nation in serious or urgent need to increase her work force and population - still denies lots of refugee claims and put them on deportation proceedings. Just as we all know that examination is never the best or true test of knowledge. - Only for standardization sake.

Many people have true stories, but sometimes lack the necessary document to back them up towards the expected credibility expectations of the member at the refugee claimant hearing or many lack the ability to do a proper presentation or lack necessary power of articulation, needed to satisfy the member at their hearing. Many feel jittery and scared to face the panel at refugee hearing. Its like someone under duress. For many obvious reasons; people who are in need of protection are denied same.

Thus putting them in jeopardy, lives that Canada were heretofore profess to protect are thrown into further trauma, leading to degeneration of their health, sometimes without fund and resource to fight further towards getting a stay in Canada.

Their Canadian Dreams begin to die.

Many of these Refugees are already absorbed or acclimatize to Canadian System, many have good jobs, many rented apartment, own cars, paying insurances, taxes and their children are well settled in schools and have made good friends; these are more likely to be better citizens if allowed to stay permanently. Canada is still asking for immigrants to apply; while thousands already settled are begging for a permanent stay; - “what a paradox”.

If any human who are ready to live peacefully and abide by all laws and order, complying to all rules and regulation; ready to give life their best in Canada, they are a good breed that co-exist nicely and will make a good citizen; regardless of what brought them to Canada.

For the mere fact that people run into Canada void of economic reasons, living all that they have worked for, all their lives, they must have a very strong persecution or something militating against their lives. It is not a good feeling for an adult to forsake their homeland no matter what; except for situations beyond their control, though they may not be able to fully articulate those causes.

According to "The Star" of Toronto article Titled "Canada’s refugee claim acceptance rate falls amid record backlog of asylum seekers" dated Wed., June 19, 2019. "...While the reason behind the fall in the acceptance rate is not clear, researcher Sean Rehaag said one of the possibilities could be a change in the mix of countries of origin of claimants."

Create Additional Pathway(s) to Permanent Residency – Without Hearing

For instance, if Refugees have lived in Canada for over one year, without any criminal charge, showing good character, and have settled in properly with a job and paying taxes etc. We wish there are new or additional pathway(s) to permanent residency for such refugee in Canada, to have permanent residency without having to go through hearing; as many people become unsuccessful in their hearing, not for the reason(s) that their stories are untrue, but solely hinging on the fact that the refugee claimant was unable to satisfy the Member at the hearing. So the hearing is not based on the fact of truth in the claim; but the incompetence of the refugee claimant in articulating the necessary facts or bad presentation, or saying something that causes more digression or due to timidity or dreadful sight or inability to face a panel-like setting etc. Some have never experienced having to face an unknown panel to defend their story in all their life, therefore, - they become apprehensive.

Secondly, most of the refugee claimants already developed medical issues like high blood pressure due to the uncertainty that their future holds in Canada before the hearing day. They die many times before their actual death, while waiting for the final decision that will dictate whether success or doom.

Choice of Physical or Telephone Hearing

If refugee claimants have the ability to choose between Physical or Telephone hearing, we believe it could help to eliminate some of the issues enumerated in the foregoing paragraph. If facing a panel will impede or somewhat interfere with a refugee's composure or ability to express oneself; then the telephone hearing may suffix.

What will it look like on the Long awaited Refugees -                                            At the wake of a Permanent Residency Declaration following this Pandemic.

It will be like heaven descending into the lives of these human; that are like a lamb led to the slaughter. If and when pronouncement of freedom and amnesty are made to all current refugee claimants in Canada; their future will suddenly become enlightened, immense joy rekindled, a sigh of hope is released into lives. Greater love for Canada and her government will increase, more eagerness to serve Canada will burst open and energy renewed. If Canadian Government, ask them to move into the rural areas to fill gaps of labor deficiency, refugees would be willing. Just by a government directive or request. Canada would be better for it.

God bless Canada forever!
