The response has been overwhelming and we, who have been fighting for this thank you all. The CED is clearly a loved breed by many. The breed needs more attention so please share this to your wall, friends, twitter in fact everywhere. In the UK we have built a club with a hard working committee and membership promoting the breed. Shows and working events have supported us by giving us classes and allowing us to take part. We educate by organising seminars and events. Our patron Mr Simon Luxmoore and the Kennel Club have supported the breed by recognising its importance within history and joined the dogs at a special Dogs In Exploration exhibition held in the Kennel Club building in London early this year. Judges have supported us at shows and by being part of the assessment programme to allow registry of dogs from the north without Canadian Kennel Club papers. The support from race organisers such as the VDSV in Germany and the Kivo Kempen in the Netherlands have allowed teams to compete and written such praise about our dogs work ethics.
