CANADIAN CITIZENS it's time to take our country back. Stand together & say "NO"

The Issue

We all know how we're living isn't right. We are all struggling to pay bills and feed our families yet prices continue to sky rocket you want to know why ?? Because we the people just continue to do it. We keep on giving our hard earned money, our time and attention to some government who doesnt care about any of us. They promise theyll make things better but year after year our country gets worse. We need to all stand AS ONE and say "NO MORE" WE SHOULD BE HELPING EACH OTHER NOT WAITING FOR SOME STRANGER ON TV TO DO IT FOR US (whom for some reason everyone thinks they need to listen too). We can't keep living like this we need to change HOW WE LIVE AND HOW WE TREAT EACH OTHER and together we're CAPABLE OF ANYTHING,  TOGETHER WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE.

An example of how our fellow humans treat each other is.... from personal experience............ I know first-hand the harsh and unjust treatment inflicted upon individuals who are labeled as addicts and many other unjust labels. A label FALSELY put on my name has seen me facing severe hardships, from being unable to secure employment to struggling daily just to survive, to pay bills, to feed my children, to do anything. The cost of living continues to rise astronomically, making each day a battle. We must stand up to this unfair discrimination, loudly and defiantly saying, "NO!"

All humans should be treated as equals, without derogatory labels dictating our existence. Everyone deserves a fair chance to live freely, without judgment or heavy-handed restrictions on what can or cannot be done. According to a study by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NID), financial burdens and inadequate job opportunities are common hardships faced by people battling addiction or labeled as addicts. This is just so unfair. Why is just this one group of people being singled out and treated like their less then everyone else ???  Plus why is it that when u hear the word addict everyone instantly thinks substance abuse. There are tons of other forms of addicts ( food addicts, sex addicts, shopping addicts, PHONE addicts.. just to name a few)

Addict Definition & Meaning is as follows:

One strongly inclined to do, use, or indulge in something repeatedly.

Dr. Gabor Mate has researched this for decades now. Trauma is what causes all forms of addiction. Yet no one looks at that. People with any sort of addiction need help, need support need to be shown respect and treated as EQUALS, they need to be cared for. Not looked down upon, slammed with labels, children taken, homes taken, treated like nothing and thrown behind bars like rabid animals. No one has the right to tell anyone else what to do. It's disgraceful what we do to each other. Well I've had enough.
The time for change is now. The time to halt discrimination based on the groundless labeling of addiction is now. Let's stand together to lower gas prices, food/housing costs and ensure dignity, respect and equality for all. Please join this cause, your voice could make a significant difference. Sign this petition to fight against discrimination and the many unfair unjust ways we are living today ....let's start the change we need.
