What is abundantly clear is that there is no remedy within the captured and corrupt systems within the fraudulent and illegitimate corporate/"deep state" structures as the corruption goes all the way down to the regional/municipal/local level. But there is remedy, reparations (ie compensation), restitution and redress if we stand together to protect our future, demand accountability and uphold the rule of law.

Many of us, dedicated individuals who acted under our lawful duty of care to protect children and preserve human life, find ourselves facing retaliatory attacks by agents of the hostile belligerents, often referred to as the deep state. One such individual is Yayoi Takemoto, a member of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly. Yayoi has been targeted by the Canada Border Services Agency with threats of deportation simply because she sent a lawful business letter and sacrificed her livelihood and safety in defense of children. These unjust attacks must stop, and the rule of law must be upheld! By participating in this action, we are declaring the truth, standing together and demanding safety, peace, reparations and protection for ALL victims of the hostile belligerents/deep state. By helping one, we help everyONE. 

According to the Law of War Manual, sections 15.6 and 12.4, all signatories and participants stand under a white flag of peace, truce, or negotiation to cease and desist all hostile actions from the deep state or any hostile belligerents. We stand together as peaceful, neutral civilian non-combatants and demand reparations for the damages we have suffered due to these actions. Moreover, we call for the immediate cessation of all mRNA technologies, which many believe pose a significant threat to humanity's well-being.

This is a white flag of PEACE, Negotiation and non-participation and those of us bearing this flag/declaring this status must be treated as "protected persons" under the Geneva Convention and the Law of War Manual. This is NOT a white flag of surrender.

Law of War Manual 12.4.1 Meaning of the White Flag—a Desire to Communicate. As a legal matter, the white flag, when used by military forces, indicates a desire to communicate with the enemy. The
hoisting of a white flag has no other legal meaning in the law of war.33

"The hoisting of a white flag may indicate that the party hoisting it desires to open communication with a view to an armistice (e.g., to enable forces to collect the wounded)"

It's imperative that we are protected from any form of retaliation or coercion by these hostile entities. Our fundamental, God-given rights are under attack, and it is time we reclaim our peace and security. No more should we suffer in silence; the time for action is now.

Join us in demanding the hostile belligerents/deep state be held accountable and adhere to the law, protect innocent men and women like Yayoi, and to bring an end to the unjust acts of aggression. We seek comprehensive reparations for the hardships and suffering endured, ensuring that the future will be one of peace, justice, and respect for all humanity. 

All of those men and women wrongfully imprisoned by the judiciary acting as agents of the hostile belligerents/deep state are to be considered "Prisoners of War" and must be released immediately while investigation are made and accountability is being actioned.

Under the Law of War Manual section 11.10 the positive military has the authority to suspend ordinary courts if it can be proven that the judiciary are unwilling and unable to perform their duties" and you can prove that there is unfairness. Clearly there is a massive bias/unfairness towards the unvaccinated or anyone who stood up to the government from 2020 onwards. The men and women acting as "judges" also have oath-bound duties to defend/uphold the fundamental/God-Given rights enshrined and encoded in the international covenants and treaties...and this has never been done. If we are to have peace they must be held to account.

Those who participate with this action are declaring their intent to remain neutral, peaceful and act in accordance with the Rome Statute article 25 and the Law of War Manual section 15.6. We need the protected status of "protected persons" under the Law of War Manual and the Geneva Convention. We do not consent to war. We do not consent to genocide. We do not consent to hate. We do not consent to fraud. We do not consent to the fraudulent conversion of a certificate of live birth into a ens legis birth certificate. We do not consent to any mRNA technologies being developed for human use. We no longer wish to participate or be forced/intimidated into participation with the hostile belligerents
