FREEDOM TO CHOOSE

We the undersigned ask CUPW Representatives and Leaders to stand for member's rights and freedoms of body autonomy. The vaccine mandates & vaccine status disclosure requirement violate our VOLUNTARY INFORMED CONSENT and RIGHT OF PRIVACY.

None of our members should be coerced or feel harassed to engage in any medical treatment or procedure without consent while be threatened of dismissal suspension or leave without pay.

If the union does not stand with our members, hundreds or even thousands of them could face financial difficulties over a PERSONAL HEALTH DECISION. This would open the door for endless requirements in the future in which our members would be unable to accept or reject without the risk of being disciplined.

This would introduce a culture of discrimination and marginalization in the workplace.

We urge the union to advocate for worker's rights and freedom to choose without coercion or discrimination. THIS IS NOT AN ANTI-VACCINE PETITION, IT IS A PETITION TO STAND FOR OUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS. Some of the vaccinated members are not looking forward to the endless booster shots. ARE THEY ALSO GONNA BE DISCIPLINED?
