Canada: Whale, Dolphin, Porpoise protections: asking to approve Bill S-203 into law

Dear Friends of Dolphins of the World's Waters,
We must all defend the precious Dolphins worldwide. Dolphins deserve to be safe and free in their home in the sea. So do other cetaceans, such as porpoises and whales. #DolphinDefense #CetaceanRights
Canadian Bill S-203, is for the Ending the Captivity of Whales and Dolphins Act, will help cetaceans such as Dolphins, Porpoises, and Whales to be free and this makes them much safer and improves their chances for well-being. Thank you to all who help achieve this victory thus far for the Bill for the cetaceans. Canada is setting a shining example by having the courage to act to protect the cetaceans, and we hope for more global progress to come.
We need this progress for cetaceans to spread as we continue to advocate for international laws and treaties to protect their lives. We must end dolphin slaughters globally and ending the captive dolphin trade (which also helps fund the dolphin hunting), is a huge step in the right direction.
On June 10, 2019, The Canadian House of Commons voted overwhelmingly in favour of Bill S-203, the Ending the Captivity of Whales and Dolphins Act. (also known as the "Free Willy" Bill")
Please Ask: Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau to please help approve Bill S-203 into law. We also thank Her Excellency The Right Honourable, Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada for hearing our plea to bring this Bill S-203 for cetaceans into approval for Royal Assent so that it can and will become Canadian Law.
After signing and sharing this petition you can also contact him here to please politely urge him to help approve as soon as possible and to thank him when he does:
