There is not one single piece of legislation protecting consumers of legal service, I believe this is Fundamentally and Legally discriminatory against the consumers of Legal Services. This has the effect of leaving the public Exposed to those within the legal industry who use their business and tools of their trade for criminal intentions, to fleece, defraud, and deprive the consumer from any all protection in matters relating to the consumer’s finances. To ensure consumers have equal protection equivalent to the legal industries member’s protection, in order to deter the unscrupulous from targeting Vulnerable members of the Public, without Protection consumers are Vulnerable to abuse, and exploitation. To ensure proper process in accordance with Data Protection, Human rights Under the European Convention, to ensure Proper process of the Rule of Law in matters of Criminality. To insure complete independents for consumers of unfair trading. To remove any and all Barriers identified that persist in preventing consumer’s rights to a full refund in the event that the solicitor failed to protect their clients interest, was negligent, or acted criminally. This to be decided by Independent Appropriately Qualified Professionals Appointed by the Ministry of Justice department, and regulated by the Ministry of justice, who’s Duties will be to act in the public interest, these will be the panellists in identifying areas of breaches Solicitors Codes of Practice, identifying fraudulent practices, identifying matters of criminality, and to liaise with the SRA on the consumer’s behalf. Details going forward for this protection to be drafted before Parliament for the Protection of consumers, The Law society nor the APCO will have no part in the legislation for the protection of consumers, as in the same way the consumer takes no part in Law Society Protection of its members, and in the same way consumers take no part in the Protection of the ACPO to its Members This Consumer protection is a contract between Government and the consumer of legal services. I would welcome Anyone from Government to put forward a reasoned argument why consumers of legal services do not require consumer Protection, particularly when the Loss and Damaged caused to the consumers is Far more reaching and catastrophic for the consumer, causing such financial, and Property losses that the Damage to the consumer is so great it causes Financial hardship leading to health failures as a result of abuse of trust. Leaving the consumer with no means or appropriate avenue to recover their Losses. As my case clearly illustrates the system is rigged against the consumer, in the interests of the Law Society and its members who enjoy and are safe in the knowledge that they will be protected from being held to account by the consumer, The Law society is not answerable to the Public nor is the public to them. The law societiy's function is to protect and uphold their members interest above everything and anything else, therefore cannot possibly provide consumer protection.
