Campaign for the Release of Female Prisoners Due to their involvement in public activism  in Tunisia

 "Freedom for All Women Without Exception"

The feminist dynamic launches this petition.

We, the undersigned, are profoundly troubled by the persistent violations of the rights of women activists engaged in public affairs in Tunisia. They are suffering from double punishment, including hate campaigns, verbal abuse, and attacks on their physical and moral dignity in the digital space, in addition to judicial prosecutions that violate their most basic rights to a fair trial and impartial justice. This situation reflects a clear disregard and indifference towards their suffering, continuing to silence free voices and restrict freedoms.

We demand the following:

The immediate release of all female prisoners who are incarcerated due to their involvement in public activism .
The cessation of judicial prosecutions against activists, including journalists, feminist advocates, civilians, and politicians from various ideological and political backgrounds, along with the removal of executive branch interference from the judiciary.
Compliance with national and international law, including adherence to international agreements such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
The end of hate campaigns targeting black Tunisians and migrants from sub-Saharan Africa, with a call for the government to condemn and prevent these campaigns.
We call on all citizens, human rights organizations, and activists to support this petition and join the campaign for justice, equality, and freedom for all women.

عريضة: حملة للإفراج عن السجينات على خلفية نشاطهن في الفضاء العام

 "الحرية لكل النساء دون استثناء"

تطلق الديناميكية النسوية هذه العريضة

نحن الموقعات و الموقعون أدناه، نتابع بقلق شديد استمرار انتهاك حقوق النساء الناشطات في الشأن العام في تونس، حيث تواجه هؤلاء النساء عقوبات مزدوجة تشمل حملات الكراهية والشتم والتعدي على كرامتهن الجسدية والمعنوية في الفضاء الرقمي، إضافة إلى الملاحقات القضائية التي تنتهك حقوقهن الاساسية في محاكمة عادلة وقضاء نزيه. هذا الوضع يعكس تجاهلًا واضحًا ولامبالاة تجاه معاناتهن، ويستمر في إقصاء الأصوات الحرة وتقييد الحريات  

و عليه نطالب بما يلي :

 الإفراج الفوري عن جميع السجينات اللواتي يقبعن في السجون بسبب نشاطهن في الفضاء العام

 وقف التتبعات القضائية ضد الناشطات من صحفيات ومناضلات نسويات ومدنيات وسياسيات من مختلف

المشارب الفكرية والسياسية، ورفع يد السلطة التنفيذية عن القضاء

الالتزام بالقانون الوطني والدولي، بما في ذلك الامتثال للاتفاقيات الدولية مثل العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق

المدنية والسياسية والاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري

إنهاء حملات الكراهية التي تستهدف التونسييات والتونسين من ذوي البشرة السوداء والمهاجرين/ت  الأفارقة من جنوب الصحراء، مع دعوة الحكومة إلى إدانة ومنع هذه الحملات

ندعو جميع المواطنين والمواطنات، والمنظمات الحقوقية والمدنية، والنشطاء، إلى دعم هذه العريضة والمشاركة في الحملة من أجل تحقيق العدالة والمساواة والحرية لجميع النساء.
