The dogs of Breasta, Craiova Romania, are left in awful conditions, especially in winter! They are left to sleep on cold, hard concrete as Breasta management do not allow us to bring in any straw, beds, or blankets. This has of course caused MANY unnecessary deaths as the conditions are too hard to survive.They do not receive ANY medical care, this week alone two dogs died and one from Pneumonia as the poor dog did not get treatment and was left to sleep in this cold concrete hell. They do not get fed by management , only by volunteers. 
This should not be happening in 2016.The suffering they experience is disgraceful and a big change needs to be made! Make the Breasta management listen to our out cry. Lets be the voice for the voiceless.
