Once again, Nigel Farage has disproportionate airtime on mainstream media and social media. He is not standing as an MP. His views align with Reform, who have broadly the same polling as the Liberal Democrats, and slightly more than the Green Party. He is a social media influencer, not a serious politician. Our media have public duty to not platform his divisive peddling and to focus on the policies of ALL the parties likely to have a voice in Westminster. We need to talk about international security, the economy, healthcare, climate change, housing, water security - so many things. So, BBC, Sky, Times, Telegraph, Guardian and all the rest - please can we have a Farage-Free election? This country needs to understand the policies in play. Culture wars are a stain on British values of tolerance and respect. Do your job and do it better.
