Let's change the EU legislation on electric boards

The petition aims at decreasing pollution from CO2 and traffic in large cities with the legalization of the circulation of all electric vehicles of any power and 'wattage' as long as their speed is below 35 km/h including: electric scooters, longboards (regardless of length and nbr of wheels), hoverboards and segways. Use should be restricted to people abv 14 years of age, with the use of a helmet and compliance to street code.
