We had some pro-bono advice from a professional independent planner who confirms that being listed as a community facility means the building cannot be sold at commercial rates because it's use is restricted to community use. We are still hoping that the borough will keep it as a public asset but it is an important start for plan B: to buy the building. We will keep you posted and welcome all support.
