I am outraged to hear that your employee at Cambridgeport Elementary, librarian Liz Phipps Soeiro, called Dr. Seuss' books racist. President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama both read Dr. Seuss to children. Then, First Lady Melania Trump, who immigrated to America, donated books from Dr. Seuss to your librarian. Can you please explain why you continue to employ a librarian who is both racist and xenophobic? Does Cambridgeport Elementary teach racist and xenophobic values as a part of its curriculum?  She is also a hypcrite.  Photos from her own Twitter account celebrating Dr. Seuss at her library with kids show her actually dressed up as a Dr. Seuss character (Cat in the Hat) in March of 2015.

Liz Phipps Soeiro is a danger to children's education and continuing to pay her is approval of her racism and xenophobic bigotry. Public schools are funded by we, the American People, and we refuse to allow our money to hire bigoted teachers, like Liz Phipps Soeiro.

Immediately fire and terminate Liz Phipps Soeiro.  The district's weak response is unacceptable.
