It’s time for the U.S. Mint to strike Elvis Presley coins.

Donald Trump floated the idea of the U.S. Mint striking a coin featuring a president-himself. We believe they should strike one of a king-Elvis. 

We are calling on President Trump, who awarded Elvis the Presidential Medal of Freedom on November 16, 2018, to authorize the U.S. Mint to honor Elvis the way legends are remembered: on official, legal-tender U.S. coins.  The U.S. Postal Service honored him- now the U.S. Mint can too.

Elvis isn’t just a music icon; he’s an American legend. Other national mints, including the Royal Canadian Mint, have already honored Elvis with stunning commemorative medals and coins in gold, silver, and bronze. It’s time for the U.S Mint to do the same!

2027 marks the 50th anniversary of Elvis Presley’s passing. What better way to immortalize Elvis than on U.S Coins?
