Calling upon governmental and human rights bodies ICRC , ICC, OHCHR,  Geneva Convention to strengthen their pressure on Azerbaijan for the immediate and unconditional return of all Armenian Prisoners of War.

After November 9th ceasefire Armenian prisoners of war are still being held, tortured, beheaded and prosecuted, ILLEGALLY in Azerbaijan. There are over 200 Armenian prisoners of war/hostages, including 18, 19, 20 years old. We DEMAND of their IMMEDIATE release. Aliyev and his regime must be held accountable for their ILLEGAL actions. War crimes and crimes against humanity. 

"Geneva Convention"

"Torture and other forms of ill-treatment are absolutely prohibited everywhere and at all times. States have agreed that there can be no excuse for torture. Experts also question the effectiveness of torture in terms of the quality of information obtained. The suffering caused by such practices may have profoundly disturbing effects on victims that can last for years". 

We need to push harder because Azerbaijan is violating every human rights law.
