Every year the Permanent Fund pays out monies to our fellow Alaskans that helps some people make their bills or take a vacation trip... but if the Alaska Legislature and Governor's office has it's way, this will soon be a thing of the past. Right now there are several budget plans being bounced around the halls of Juneau that propose to use this money to continue funding bloated government.
