Students (and staff, faculty)have filed a lawsuit for breach of fiduciary duty after years of conflict over anti-LGBTQIA+ policies. Feb 17th 2023 this case had its first hearing in Seattle after a motion was filed by defendants.

TheREAP.org and us are standing with the students, faculty and staff of Seattle Pacific University who showed up in court to advocate for truth, fairness and justice. Almost 400 people watched this hearing between the packed courtroom, the overflow hallway and Zoom. What an incredible turnout for an incredible community.
