Caitlin stout was the 2018 Spring arbor University’s “PRISM”LGBTQ leader and one of many in a crowd of activists, alumni and area residents who marched April 22,2018  in support of LGBT students at Spring Arbor University.

More than 50 people took part in the SAU Alumni and Community Walk for Solidarity on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Gallagher Park, marching across campus.

Caitlin had been tweeting her support for this walk on Twitter and was an active part of #SAUSpeakout #cuttheclause until Spring Arbor University sent cailtlin a letter stating she had “violated school policy” and forced her to delete her Twitter posts and Twitter account.

Queer SAU has not posted since Caitlin left SAU in 2018 and stopped encouraging #SAUspeakout. Caitlin now works for the Trevor Project crisis line and lives in Tennessee with her spouse.
