Hello folks, 

Sorry for not giving an update sooner it has been a busy few days. I have some good news regarding our efforts and some more call's to action! 

1. Parliament has summoned the big grocery CEO's to come testify to parliament regarding food inflation and the prices that we are seeing. It shows that Parliament is hearing our demands and is seeking answers. I look forward to watching this important meeting and I will share the video link with folks when the time and date are announced. You can read more of my thoughts in this video article! 
2. Food prices continue to rise across the country which is severely concerning. I continue to ask for folks to share receipts and crazy prices that they see at their local grocery store. 
3. If you haven't already follow myself on Twitter for more regular updates about my efforts to force parliament to investigate Loblaw Companies. 
4. If you have anything that you want to share with me whether it be suggestions, ideas, and etc you can do so at haruun@ualberta.ca or you can share it anonymously via my website. 
5. Finally, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone for sharing their stories with me regarding this important issue. Parliament must take action and I hope that together we are able to see some progress on this in the coming weeks and months. 

P.S -- Our next signature goal is 75,000. It would be awesome if we can hit this in the next week so please continue to share the petition!
