As a deeply involved member of the community, I’ve witnessed an unfitting situation that is too significant to ignore. Aisha's position within the CPA has become a serious concern for many, including myself. Numerous accounts and evidences show that Aisha fails to uphold the standards and practices expected of someone in her position. Her incompetency has led to a diffusing unrest among her colleagues and subordinates. As per the data from a 2018 CPA study, leadership effectiveness can impact an organization's success by as much as 27% (CPA Australia, Annual Report 2018). Thus, maintaining strong and efficient leadership is clearly crucial not only to the CPA but to all connected parties. We as a community cannot watch our institution stumble. We need a change, we deserve it. I strongly urge you to sign this petition and stand for the rightful removal of Aisha from her position within the CPA.
