Prominent Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump recently filed a lawsuit against NYC on behalf of Derrick Harris.  Derrick Harris aka True Master is a Legendary HipHop Music producer for Wu-tang.   When Officer Pabon broke into True’s Historic Harlem Brownstone to arrest him, Officer Pabon did knowingly commit material perjury in his arrest complaint, by falsely stating Officer Hankerson (23415) had informed him that True was positively identified for committing a violent crime.  

Thankfully, Officer Hankerson was morally compelled to tell the truth and testify at True’s trial that Officer Pabon lied!  Furthermore, Officer Hankerson testified that she doesn’t know why Officer Pabon falsely used her name and Official Authority to wrongfully charge True with a violent crime.

It should come as no surprise that Officer Pabon also committed material perjury in his Search Warrant Application by falsely claiming his application was based on conversations he had with True, yet he was later forced to admit in court that no such conversations ever took place.

Please sign this petition, because Procedure 203-08 of the NYPD Patrol Guide requires his termination, but the Internal Affairs Bureau has even avoided investigating these matters for over 2 and a half years after the CCRB filed a complaint with them on True’s behalf.  Obviously Officer Pabon has done this before to someone else, and he will continue until he’s stopped.
