It seems, due to raised awareness, hospitals/screening centres have had an increase in Requests for Density information using these forms: https://densebreast-info.org/europe/density-request-forms/

The Govt/NHS England have published a Position Statement, saying “The NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHS BSP) in England does not currently include the assessment or recording of breast density on screening mammograms”. Breast Density Position statement

Women are reporting that they are given the statement when they ask and, apparently, it is being displayed in screening centre windows, so if women ask, they will not get density information.
